We need to have Monuments in the Highsec scavenging areas.
Moreover, these Monuments should be hooked to a tracking system that records how many times per minute they get shot. This tracking system should then be hooked to a set of lights and a buzzer in the CCP Shanghai office.
When the Monument gets hit the tracking system records the DPS received. When a Monument starts taking a very high level of DPS the tracking system should trigger an Amber light to come on in the CCP Shanghai office. As the DPS increases further the light should turn Red, and then with greater DPS it should start to flash. If the Monument is taking sustained DPS from a massive number of Legion players, then the a buzzer should accompany the flashing Red light in the Shanchai office.
At this point non EVE vets are wondering what the **** I am going on about. 
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

I know this is a joke, but it would be really cool to have huge statues on Amarr planets of religious heros/prophets.

DonGÇÖt underestimate me. Just because the idea is funny and outrageous, does not mean that it is not a good idea.
Why not have an outlet included in the game to allow players to express themselves? And the Monument would be a node to CCP history.

Ok, for those who don't get the reference, here is an article with a video.
It may be a little hard to make out in these particular images, but that thing they are all shooting at is a Monument with a statue on top. It was one of the few objects in High Sec that you could lock up and shoot at that would not get you killed by Concord (EVE Space Police).
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

They should have 1b hp and be destructible.
If we destroy them, they should respawn after the following downtime.

Yeah, IIRC, in Eve they just get all shot up, they don't get destroyed.
If I am wrong, please link video of the monuments destruction.
Also, I am not talking about "Monument" large collidable objects either.

No, I am well aware of the incarnage high sec structure shoot.
However, am I expected to believe that the Large Collidable Object (yeah, sorry about that, I forgot they are used outside of missions too) in the picture was there all along and wasn't placed by CCP after the fact?
So the monument was placed and shot up and then what is that called?
What is the word I am looking for?
CCP hmmm, oh I know, replaced it with the "ruins" monument.
So yeah, they should have 1b EHP and be replaced after the following downtime.
