I say make them work for it. Start a lottery with Brush Master's lotttery tool in the amount that the player is requesting. Name the lottery after them then have them pay for tickets to earn the prize.
It's totally not a scam.

Using Brush Master's amazing Dust Lottery tool any player with corp wallet access can set up a publicly visible corp lottery with this website. By setting the % of Ticket added to total to '0' all funds donated will come back to the corp wallet at the end of the lottery and it's free pickings to the quickest player, a factor corps don't control.
