So think a lower damage version of a balanced swarm launcher with faster and longer range missiles. Maybe a bigger explosion radius and more splash damage would help with hitting dropships? I honestly dont know how splash would effect things, the problem to me has always been that as soon as you get moving, you only get hit by the missiles one at a time. That often makes it so swarms cant even halt the passive regen on a python. Just making them move faster and making sure they all connect almost at once would probably go a long way in making them more threatening.

Whatever you do.. don't do any of this. I'll show you why. Give me a day I domt know, I stil never agreed with your proposed railgun nerf, as rangenwas never the problem, total damagenwas the problem. At least legion is apparently bringing falloff damage for rails, thank god.
