Yes, but that's a logical restriction. You need to know how to use weapons well, before you can use thelargest weapons.
Take the hypothetical "I want to equip advanced nova knives on my Amarr heavy suit. I don't care about anything else."
Current dust tree.
Rank dropsuit operation to 3. Rank amarr heavy to 1. Okay, we have the heavy part.
Rank weaponary to 1. Rank sidearms to 1. Rank nova knives to 3. We now have adv nova knives that we can equip on a heavy suit.
Let's look at Legion's tree.
Aright, go into the academy tree. Fill it out entirely. Then go to the heavy tree, make a bee line to the right. Once you get to the rightmost part, you should be able to unlock racial heavy suits. From there, fill out the first node in amarr heavy. This will let you use the most basic amarr heavy dropsuit. Now, go back to the academy tree, and right from there into the light tree. Fill that out, straight to the right, then it should open up racial light suits. Select Caldari light suits, then level that up, then go directly into caldari scout suits, then make a beeline to the advanced scout weaponary, rank that up, then select S-784 Nova knife.
You now can equip adv nova knives on an amarr heavy suit. |
