Because we're putting together the announcement. IWS isn't falsely promising anything here (as I've also confirmed in other threads). We're hoping for something by the end of this week.

This post is totally uncool. People may be "tired of lies" (of which I don't believe there are any, particularly in relation to anything I've said), but I am tired of inherent racism geared towards developers in Shanghai. We have an amazing team over here and I'm incredibly proud of them and their work.
