Because we're putting together the announcement. IWS isn't falsely promising anything here (as I've also confirmed in other threads). We're hoping for something by the end of this week.

CCP Saberwing, please strip Kain Spero of his CPM role, he went corrupt and now has billions in his account from greed. please make a new comunity vote to see who should take the selfish kain's place. Thanks, later :)
