I think you should ignore anything that states specific make / model to run it. That's ridiculous, PC hardware moves so fast, for a game that is not even a certainty to happen, you cannot possibly know what you need to run it.
The safe bet would be to say a mid-range PC will run it, but there is zero point trying to identify specific mid-range components right now, because in six months time, they will change.
Just have in mind that the budget will be for something around a mid-range PC. It may be less, it may be more, just start saving if you intend to buy something to play it on.

Ya I'll have to upgrade my PC sometime this year, I'll upgrade it slowly though since we probably won't see Legion for a year or more. ( Hoping for a beta this year though)
Cool. Just bear in mind that CPUs typically change their socket layouts every two years, so depending on timings etc., when you're looking ahead more than a year into the future, you may find that the motherboard you have today may not work with the processor of tomorrow. Upgrade paths with PCs are not always simple like a home cinema system might be for example.
Yeah beta this year would be amazing...I guess it's possible at a pinch with enough devs on the team and a cohesive approach.
