the reason why people are quitting is because we dont want to get pc's period end of discussion. quit telling us how easy it is to build a pc we dont care

It may be news, but that doesn't change that alot of Dust's players played because it was on a console, with voice chat, and had a robust skill system that allowed them to play their machinegun preachers however they wanted. Now that Dust's days are numbered (though for how long isn't known yet) in favor of a PC port they are losing alot of the comfort that came with a console game. Believe me, sitting in an office chair for hours on end, not comfortable at all.

Sure, most PCs can now be plugged into TVs but then you have the issue of having to get up off the couch to go tweak the PC if it should ever have a problem, which can be often depending on the age of the PC and the length of time between maintenance reformats (my tech friend told me once that if you don't reformat a PC every couple years you're doing it more harm than good). Heck, most PC users don't even reformat if something goes wrong, much less doing it as a matter of basic care.

we just dont want to , pc games are full of hackers and cheaters, pc's need third party software to work and its just to much of a hassle we dont want to deal with

Obsolete faster since some PC devs go full hog on the shiny things and not the things that matter
The prevalence of cheating PC players compared to cheating console players especially in the FPS genre
Your self righteous attitude acting like you are doing people a favor by condescending to them by saying "look its so easy even console monkeys can do it"

And Im saying all this as a person thats been PC gaming since the 90s, the platform has its benefits and great games but also has plenty of devs who dont know what the hell they are doing and I think CCP falls into that category so acting like a simple platform switch will make everything better is naive at best

You seem like a nice person. If you really want to help me out what about you fund me the 1000$ to build a PC, that way I can enjoy Legion with the rest of the PC Elitists!

Motoko, that was a terrific set of vids you've posted and I'm glad to see your positive share to the forum.

$566.16 USD for a gaming PC is a great build and perfectly shows how PC gaming is easily attainable. My Acer laptop was about $400 CAN when I picked it up a couple of years ago, and it still runs EVE. Graphically there will be options to tweak for the upcoming Legion, and players need to remember that.

Out of my own ignorance, how do the console only mercs here access the forum if not by some simple PC? Is everyone on a tablet? o_O
