Hahahahaha.......... *crys* Hey you paid for that nothing of your own free will, quit complaining. And anybody who had the brains to spend $0 on dust gets a like from me. But I assume most don't mean it that way. No, I paid for a future, which I didn't get. Stop trying to spit on people for caring enough to give CCP support before they knew they were getting ******.

Scrub. Please show me, or the forums in general, anywhere during the purchase agreement that states that you were buying "the future"? Go back, read my original post. What does it say?
Yea, it says I bought AUR to prepare for after-fanfest. What do I get instead? "Hahaha, new game instead! Cya on PC!"
Now hop off my **** scrub before I show you how far up you it can go.

Excuse me, what?
I am clearly stating my reasoning for buying AUR. And now your saying that I'm... making things up?????? What am I making up exactly? My own reasonings for doing things?
We were mislead. Period. They should not of put Omega on sale when they plan to announce Dust 2.0 on a different platform. Dust continuing as a 'Low Resource Project" meant the same to most of us as if it was a doomed project, which it quite literally means until CCP can pull resources from another project back onto Dust. Which means the cancellation of another project or expansion of CCP *Not likely*
Anyone who has words of defense for CCP against me gets slammed. Get used to it scrub.

Check out kickstarter sometime if you enjoy paying for some future. You paid for vitual goods which you've had delivered, nothing else. Nope, you're twisting my words and ignoring the meaning.
If you can't figure out what I mean by "for the future" you have not been around here long.
It means I bought AUR thinking I was advancing a character in a game with a future.
Guess what?
No future.
Welcome to LegionBeta514.

Here's how it works, buddy :) You can buy a car to drive to the moon, but that doesn't mean the car manufacturer stole from you when you realize it isn't going to get you to the moon. The way they work things like this out in the real world, where adults live, is by having a contract, or a buyer/seller agreement. This way buyers can protect themselves, and so can sellers by being very clear about what is being purchased and the liability therein. If you don't choose to read such things, and continue to imagine that that car, er Aurum, is going to get you to the moon, you have no one to blame but yourself. Especially when someone like me comes here and reminds you that the Aurum you bought is still just as functional as it was two weeks ago. You lost nothing but your fantasy about what you bought. I know that hurts, but you'll get over it. Buck up buttercup :) Oh, look. The fanboy is defending CCP with, "Hahaha, scams work scrub, CRY CRY CRY!" Lmao.

Legion is Dust, just out of beta and on PC where it belongs :) Edit: Are you actually suggesting that you thought that CCP would develop Dust for 10 years as a PS3 exclusive? Ops, more mistakes by you. I didn't even suggest such a thing. Stop reaching.
EvE isn't even out of beta yet. If you want to post just to post so I can farm likes then keep doing so, but this conversation got boring when I realized you have nothing honest to say.

I honestly told you that you have honestly not had any theft take place regarding CCP, Aurum or Dust. Go get your refund if you think it has. I'm sure they'll present you with the agreement that you obviously never read. Oh, and that beta comment was just to give you a little friendly jab. I don't disparage you for feeling upset, but feeling upset and accusing someone, or a company, of theft are two different things. One is reasonable, the other is ... not wise. Thievery and scamming are but inches from walking hand in hand.
But I will leave you with this.

If you read back I clearly stated this a few times. It's a scam to say 10 year plan + PS3 LASER FOCUS - then sell omega boosters a week before announcing Dust is being put as a low resourced project. It's incredibly misleading and at any point they could of announced on the forums Dust was being put on low resource management - they didn't.
That, is a scam. Even if unintentional.

It is impossible, by definition, to scam accidentally. Here's the definition for reference: scam (sk-âm) Slang n. A fraudulent business scheme; a swindle. tr.v. scammed, scam-+ming, scams To defraud; swindle. So no, yet again, you were not swindled, defrauded, scammed, lied to or stolen from. Again, CCP has obviously failed to met your expectations, but that is all. Also, certainly it's OK to be upset about that, but throwing out baseless accusations doesn't help your case. I hope it makes you feel better though. It does actually. Lol

First - they have made an announcement - at Fanfest in fact. Second - the game still runs and the microtransactions still work. Third - the game will continue to run for some time (this is admittedly an assumption, but they haven't announced a closure) So, you got what you paid for, and can continue to use what you paid for, and it works exactly as advertised and expected. It's you people, who somehow thought that CCP was going to continue developing on a dead platform forever that are misleading yourselves. First is wrong to even bring up - they sold more expensive booster prior to fanfest - is this not an un-honest move?

First is wrong to even bring up - they sold more expensive booster prior to fanfest - is this not an un-honest move? Does the booster function as they said it would? Is it still useful in-game as advertised? I think you can answer your own question. Again, I understand being disappointed, but be real. Everything that you have paid for has been delivered to you. That isn't the same thing as saying that everything that you hoped for has been delivered. Clearly that isn't true. So, no, it isn't being dishonest. Aside - Would it be dishonest for a car manufacturer to sell you super spiffy gasoline for your car and then announce that they aren't going to be adding new features to your car, and that at some point in the future, you will have to give your car back due to the lease arrangements (which you knew would have to happen eventually)? Uhm, so what I'm saying and what you're saying seem to be disconnected. CCP - willingly sold more expensive boosters while knowing they were about to turn Dust514 Keynotes into Legion Keynotes and lowering the game status to low resources.
This move to boosters was done before anyone knew the game was about to meet a road that has a very high potential to lead to it's end. Many would of not made purchases based on this info.
But what's really wrong is how the omega boosters aren't normally on the market. They cost quite a bit more then the regular ones, so why did they release the more expensive boosters right before they announced everything they did at fanfest?
It's dishonest.

What does this have to do with anything I said? Everything, just because you have your expectations and make assumptions, that does not make them true. Reality is that you bought some virtual goods and those are delivered and working as promised (you saved yourself time). Why is it so hard to understand that you just bought a (virtual) product and not invested in future development. Whatever a company does with the income they make is up to them, they could have bought a private jet for themselves if they wanted to. You buying a product from a company does not entitle you anything else besides that product, virtual or not. As far as the refunds go from Sony, that is their default practice as a reseller to keep you as a customer while they deal with the supplier, just like most other payment services do. This has nothing to do with why what they did was dishonest. Putting boosters on the market before announcing dust was to be down-graded in development is dishonest. They should of waited until they made the announcements - they would of sold a lot less boosters.
And that's exactly why they didn't. It's dishonest business practice. Wether or not my product work has nothing to do with the fact I bought a product under false assumptions by CCP that they 'intended' to explain in fanfest, but, ya, decided to put boosters on the market for a week then off right before fanfest.
