1C) Gear * Armor Plates - Increase movement penalty; apply penalty to rotation speed. * Cloak - Drain meter when shot; deplete meter when fluxed.
1D) Primary Weaponry * Combat Rifle - Decrease RoF. * Assault Rifle - Increase RoF. * HMG - Decrease RoF; decrease range. * Plasma Cannon - Increase projectile speed; increase direct damage. * Sniper Rifle - Increase headshot multiplier. * Swarms - Increase missile speed; increase lock-on range.
1E) Secondary Weaponry * Buff new pistols. * Increase nova knife blade length.
Planetary Conquest
2A) Introduce Clone Pack stacking. 2B) As a given entity's volume of clone sales increases, decrease that entity's sales price per clone. 2C) PC Lag is far better now than in times past, but there remains opportunity for improvement.
Polish
3A) Disable cloak auto-toggle on swap; require a user to manually activate and deactivate. 3B) Remove or smooth all curbs. 3C) Find and fix the source of Stun Lock. |

Not to say I fully disagree, but ... Grit is out-of-balance with Mobility. |

If Vehicle / AV Balance proves too complex a problem to solve, I would strongly suggest a Vehicle-Free Play Mode. |
