Yea, and since they also stated they won't be adding in new content, it will be "improving it's current mechanics", that's a long ass wait playing a game that apparently will not continue to evolve as promised. Maybe you are the one who's overlooking what's really happening.

Finally someone who actually is intelligent and not constantly flaming and QQing. I will argue this though. They will be doing a complete overhaul on what Dust used to be (according to the Dust 514 Progression) which means complete changes to the entire game: Introducing roles; Common, Uncommon, Rare weapon system; salvaging; PVE. Unless they want a repeat of Dust 514, these will need to be tested and retested as well as balanced completely before they could think about coming out with a beta. I will agree 1-2 years for the BETA but not the full release. Come Join the War

You are likely correct. The problem is CCP said nothing about Dust514 at the Dust514 keynote. Legion is clearly their focus, & I'm sure I will enjoy it. But we weren't watching to hear about Legion, we want to know about Dust514. Especially since Legion won't be coming anytime soon. CCP could have avoided all of this by simply talking about Dust514 at the freaking Dust514 keynote, It's absolutely upsurd.

Well I do agree it was a HUGE oversite on their part to announce Legion during the Keynote. They could of waited for another time. I've been playing on and off for 2 years, so, the magic has worn off lol. I used to play so religiously, and obviously, I was / am pretty vocal on the forums. I even made my first ever youtube channel for this game, wrote fan fiction, helped out players etc etc. It just feels like there's no point now until Legion, and that my time, energy, and hopefully soon to be money, will be better spent on other games. DUST is DEAD
