I just realised this is all redundant... unless we're electing for CPM0 for Legion? |

This would assume Legion would be out within a year... was a release date given? If not then presiding as a CPM over a game that is effectively "over" is a bit perverse no? What kind of feedback can you give to CCP for a game that isn't going to be actively developed anymore... |

They flat out said in the Keynote that development for Dust will continue.

Appreciate your optimism... from what they showed the focus is on Legion, and will be so going forward - unless they have some other Dust 514 keynote where they actually talk about what is going to be developed for Dust... then I'll remain realistic. |

They also said MTACs and jets. How many more lies can you consume?

The CPM will (as per the QA after the Progression Keynote / Announcement) will work on both DUST 514 and have development input into Legion.
The ideal would be to have a CPM1 that can preserve DUST 514 and give it enough new features to keep it going, while Legion is released on PC and simultaneously on the PS4 with Character ports from DUST 514 to either PC or PS4 Legion clients based on what you decide.

sorry but nothing of importance will ever be on ps3. Please do not try and lie to use as some of us have the info from the panel sessions already. CCP either said no or couldn't answer regarding things being on dust in the future.
I really dont see the point of cpm1 at the moment because from the dust progression **** they are trying to to make roles like battlefield. Let legion fail

I said it would be the ideal. I didn't say it would happen.
And how much of what happened was influenced by CPM0? All, none, partially? I know a couple of CPM members that argued vehemently against this move.
As to the future situation, the CPM1 will work on both games, as stated at Fanfest. Personally I want to se as many features in DUST as are developed in Legion, or at least comparable, with a dual release of Legion on PS4 AND PC with the allowance to PS3 Dust players to transfer their characters to either platform for free.

I think it's going to be very important to elect CPM1 who strongly support the console community in this, and will push very hard for CCP to support both DUST 514 for the near future, and a PS4 version for the further out future. I'm really worried that good candidates and players stepping away because they're upset will ensure only rabid CCP fanboys or something will be chosen. We don't need people shouting "PC Master Race" from the rooftops on the CPM.
I'd like to be your CPM1 candidate

I'm with Soraya on this one. The CPM1 will have to advocate the Console players as well as the Legion Players. Personally I'm dedicated to convincing CCP to dual release PC and PS4 versions of Legion at the same time, and allowing DUST 514 characters to be transferred over.

don't you understand? the CPM has no influence in dust. the CPM knew about this for months and nothing they did could change that ******* CCP rogue's mind.

I understand, but that's no reason to give up trying. The CPM0 had a lot of input into a lot of things. Whether they argued against, supported, or abstained on Legion's development is a point aside. You do what you can, aim for what you want, and settle for what you get.

different life styles i guess. I am more of a try to get what you want, if not, just move on. In no way do I think eve:legion is going to be worth a damn.
CCP can't even fix mundane issues. do you really think they can do anything about aimbots, wallhacks, and things of that nature?
hell, legion is not even a confirmed thing, thats the see sad thing about it.

I completely agree, but I'll be striving to not only make Legion a 'real' thing.. but to make sure that it is released, or the possibility investigated until it is humanly impossible) on the PS4 at the same time, or within a set confirmed timeframe from the PC Legion release.
The Console Players who have invested so much into this game MUST be given something and not simply told to go 'buy a PC' to enjoy the game they have been committed to for at minimum a year, and in many cases (mine included) up to 2 years.

they just had to announce that dust was going to be ported to the PS4 and everyone would have sang rogues praises. instead he moves to PC where there is no decent following, known issues that haven't been fixed since the dawn of PC gaming, and no real good reason other than "we can't do what we want on the ps3.
every dust player knows the ps3 is outdated and were hoping for a ps4. he could have said no more development on the ps3 just going to be focused on the ps4 and the majority of us would have been cool with that.
Everything I say or do has the utmost importance.
