Well i do believe with the announcement of Legion, CCP has admitted to not sustaining a continually growing FPS that interacts with EvE online. This breaking of contractual obligument by CCP is ground for person's who have paid for a game to sustain the growth of the game on a SONY platform to ask for their money back. Also, if so necessary, they may ask for compensation for their time wasted in this same game, which for many is well over 1000 manhours.
So anyone with me on attempting to take on these Icelandic pieces of ****? |

Absolutely.
Is it grounds for legal action?
Not at all.
You paid for and got items in a game. The game isn't going away, you had the use of the items.
The fact the game was sold on a 'future vision' that has been yanked out from under it, the fact it'll be lucky to have 300 players in a weeks time and the fact the money from your AUR purchases is going to fund a new game are insulting to you as a customer, but its poor business and bad customer service, its not illegal. |

If there is a legal option available to pursue and succeed in a lawsuit then bring it on. I think CCP could possibly legally liable for something if not directly for DUST. I say we take the WoD Atlanta, Ga. USA route for possible prosecution.
