If they can't do anything about it, my lawyer will be my next stop. I have enough evidence to help me get it . Very disappointed on this move by CCP. Biggest gaming scam in history. Wait for the end of fanfest, maybe CCP and CPMs will give us a peace offering. I would settle for space isk and a trip to iceland to talk with the devs about the decision.

I sympathise but you are wasting your time, because you got use from the product. Essentially you got what you paid for. There was still false advertising. See the OP. I imagine CCP will loophole it by saying "That is Legion, not Dust 514." The false advertising of One Universe//One War didn't tip anyone else off that something was screwed up in their priorities?

Richard Sebire wrote:CCP has announced Project Legion, a first-person sandbox shooter set in the EVE Online universe. Developed across just "a few months" by Dust 514 studio CCP Shanghai, the free-to-play MMO shooter is described as an all-new game that builds on elements of its PS3 predecessor, which released in 2013. This right here hurts, I'd like to say it doesn't but with the announcement I have seen no commitment by CCP to retain the playerbase in Dust, merely to try and keep them invested they have indicated that they want to bring the characters over if they can, not a promising situation.
