I sympathise but you are wasting your time, because you got use from the product. Essentially you got what you paid for. There was still false advertising. See the OP. I imagine CCP will loophole it by saying "That is Legion, not Dust 514."
The false advertising of One Universe//One War didn't tip anyone else off that something was screwed up in their priorities?

This right here hurts, I'd like to say it doesn't but with the announcement I have seen no commitment by CCP to retain the playerbase in Dust, merely to try and keep them invested they have indicated that they want to bring the characters over if they can, not a promising situation.
