I sat by and said not much in these forums for a long time. After the hundred of dollars I've put into this game, CCP, you completely abandoning consoles; I'm just beginning in here.

Really makes sense, the console market just doesn't fit with the long term commitment that's implied with the Eve/Dust link. Console is all about 6-12 months of commitment until the next installment of the series comes out, like Madden/NCAA/FIFA/BF/COD etc etc. There's no way that a game with a planned 10+ year life cycle like Dust can compete against companies with 100x the advertising budget of Dust directed into convincing people to buy a new game every fiscal quarter. |

Probably should have happened years ago.
Give me a respec, redesign all the small turrets, fix dropships, add new vehicles, expand the maps, and maybe port to PS4 later. |

I got myself a new PS3 (200Gé¼) and a PS3 headset (80Gé¼) just for dust514.
In EvE i was doing industry for jita and had to grind my standing to caldari to 7.0 with 5 chars, because 2 have 5.0 and the others have to even it up. now CCP removed the standing stuff that i was playing for since over a year.
and now they kick me into my dust514 balls
i dont know that to say... **** YOU CCP!

I love playing dust on the PS3. If I could transfer my character info to the PC (skill points, isk, etc) I wouldn't care that much. I do want to point out that the PS4's architecture is similar to PC's sooo... I would love to see DUST put on the PS4. |

What the real problem is, is that CCP is maintaining their current EVE player base and not allowing the game to grow via another gaming community, like on consoles.
They will easily lose 70 percent of their playerbase right now. They will gain some more EVE pilots on Dust, but that is doing nothing for them except maintain a playerbase rather than grow it.

I hate mouse and keyboard, this is why i play the ps3 but if in some way i could get my ps3 controller to work on my pc, its fine with me lol
