I'd wager that there's a large graphics overhaul coming down the pipe as they optimize a number of the game's systems and get the performance down pact. This would explain why the Caldari Prod. Facility was delayed up until this point as its release is part of a larger tweak to the game's overall engine and why we have 2 keynotes dedicated to the graphics of Dust scheduled for this fanfest.
But honestly I'm not getting my hopes up, I'd be more than satisfied with a more diverse selection of Heavy Weapons and Turret types.

Hype, minor acknowledgement on the extreme disappointment that was last year's ratio of "stuff announced to stuff released", Player Market, upgraded AUR Store, hypw, "Drone AI"/PvE, statements like "we look forward to bringing DUST further in the direction that was set out; check out the presentation we have later" (this is always, always done; you want to give people a reason to look at other parts), vague statements about balancing, hype, and some explanation on what CCP Rouge has been doing in the company.
The last bit is probably going to be the largest part of the Keynote. CCP will want to put forth a face of "THE Guy" that is going to make sure that all this stuff happens. CCP has made passing statements on the forums, interviews, or through the CPM that they had way too unrealistic goals for 2013 (I expect to see Half Life 3 before MTAC's...) so have "THE Guy" will have fans/customers going "don't worry, 'THE Guy' is on the case" in the same way that Gordon would care less about bank robbers because Batman is on the case.
I just want to hear "SP Rollover." I don't event want a date; just acknowledgment that it is a thing that needs to happen and isn't just "we have top men working on it right now."
