CCP please fix the HMG sights already

If you are wondering what I am referring to is the huge circle you get as a sight but you have to place the center dot that is the size of a grain of sand on the target. Try and do that on a fast moving target. Sometimes due to the environment the dot cannot be seen at all and all you can do is spray and pray. I love being a heavy and will continue to use the HMG, I would just like to have a decent sight that would allow me to aim better. CCP fixed the laser sights can you please fix the HMG's. There is a video somewhere in these blogs that show exactly what I mean, unfortunately I could not find it. If you know its whereabouts or your are the creator can you please post it to this thread. I know there is more pressing manners and I know the hate for the heavy is great, but can we agree the HMG's sights are horrible. So to recap please fix the HMG's sights so what falls into our sights can be shot and not have to wait to line a small dot on a moving target.

Where did I mention anything about the heavy, I was talking about the sights on the HMG which is used by a heavy frame. All I am asking for is the sights on the HMG to be fixed, dammit I only have two weapons for my heavy can I at least have something that works right. The heavy has had to deal with the HMG fiasco and the FG issues.

Its not baby fed, its called fixing a blaring problem that has gone on for a very long time. Its an issue just like all the other issues, its just been around a lot longer and needs to be fixed. I would like a decent sight on my weapon. How would you feel if you sights were a certain size but only 1% of it hit the target.

If you cannot put someone in the middle of the circle, you're probably the one who is not good enough. I have been a heavy for 2 years in this game, and never once had it even occurred to me that there was anything remotely wrong with the sights, in fact, why is there a dot in the first place? Sorry OP, but if you're having an issue getting the center of the circle on target then you're going to have issues regardless of what shape the aiming reticle is. The HMG is in an excellent place now and the only issue I have is that when I spot a cloaked tango and start firing, the muzzle flash hides the cloaked fecker, but I'm happy with that as a balancing mechanic. You're asking for a reticle change, but if I read between the lines what I'm getting is that you want the HMG to be more of a spray and pray weapon. This is not something you're going to get much support on as the HMG is finally perfectly balanced at the moment, and anyone with an interest in overall game balance will have no interest in pushing it over the edge into a massively OP weapon. Scouts and heavies are close to perfect once the cloak gets tweaked, and once medium suits get their dose of love in the next pass, infantry options should be in the best spot since Dust first started. OP, you're going to have to stand back and take a good loo at what you're asking and admit that your issues are to do with YOUR skills rather than ingame mechanics. Turn your x sensitivity up a tad. I heavy full time and rarely ever have a problem with killing and I only rarely have to pull out my boundless or six kin burst. I can use adv gear all day. But the issue was fixed half way through 1.7 due in the main part to Ghaz, or there abouts. And as for FOTM chasers, most of the people responding here have been running heavy HMG for a long time, so ya might want to get your facts right. If the forge gun did have a center dot, then I think it would be a little too easy to use, and you would see far too many militia forge heavies around sniping people. I believe that is it one of the cleverest things that CCP designed...

His mother played Juliet in a play. His father had already died at the time IIRC, so he had to follow his mother to work every night. I think we all may be a little insane, but this guy watch his mother die on stage every night as a very young child (3ish.) He was surrounded by darkness for most of his life, and it really shows in his writing. I really enjoy it though, and it's even influenced some of my own. Machine guns are known as area weapons. Just, what???????????????? What is wrong about wanting a better sight. Its terrible. I have a circle the size of a clone and the only part that actually causes damage is a very small dot. That is stupid, the whole sights should work, its not a snipers scope. If the target falls into my sights they should take damage.
