I have been waiting patiently for the sights on the HMG to be fixed and to this date, nothing. If you are wondering what I am referring to is the huge circle you get as a sight but you have to place the center dot that is the size of a grain of sand on the target. Try and do that on a fast moving target . Sometimes due to the environment the dot cannot be seen at all and all you can do is spray and pray. I love being a heavy and will continue to use the HMG, I would just like to have a decent sight that would allow me to aim better. CCP fixed the laser sights can you please fix the HMG's.
There is a video somewhere in these blogs that show exactly what I mean, unfortunately I could not find it. If you know its whereabouts or your are the creator can you please post it to this thread.
I know there is more pressing manners and I know the hate for the heavy is great, but can we agree the HMG's sights are horrible.
So to recap please fix the HMG's sights so what falls into our sights can be shot and not have to wait to line a small dot on a moving target.

The bullets fill the whole reticule.
Easier said than done. When you are waving the HMG to hit a target that is strafing or bouncing all around is not very easy, then you add the speed of the heavy, and the increased TTK you face different outlook. Plus when you are taking on multiple targets you do not have time to spray and pray, I want to aim hit, and move on to the next target, not try and aim a small dot on a fast moving scout or assault. |

Its not about hitting with an HMG, its the sights that need to be fixed. What part did you not understand. I can hit the target, the sights make it difficult do to there poor design is all I am saying. |

How is it OP, it is doing its job. Have you ever read the description of a heavy. I will sum it up, able to take on tanks and hold points. No problem doing so, all I am saying is please fix the sights for they are horrible. What is not OP is the stupid merc who tries to solo a heavy with an AR. Stop trying to rush a heavy head on by yourself and work with your team and you will not be complaining the HMG is OP. |

Just, what????????????????
What is wrong about wanting a better sight. Its terrible. I have a circle the size of a clone and the only part that actually causes damage is a very small dot. That is stupid, the whole sights should work, its not a snipers scope. If the target falls into my sights they should take damage.

Lol increased TTK? Hmg is the only weapon that didn't get nerfed. Your basically beating around the bush to say heavies are UP. Get good.
Apparently you lack any comprehension skills. Where did I mention anything about the heavy, I was talking about the sights on the HMG which is used by a heavy frame. All I am asking for is the sights on the HMG to be fixed, dammit I only have two weapons for my heavy can I at least have something that works right. The heavy has had to deal with the HMG fiasco and the FG issues. |

You know exactly why it's wrong to be baby fed every little thing to you. It's a circle, there's a middle, put your enemy in the middle of it. This is not rocket science.
Its not baby fed, its called fixing a blaring problem that has gone on for a very long time. Its an issue just like all the other issues, its just been around a lot longer and needs to be fixed. I would like a decent sight on my weapon. How would you feel if you sights were a certain size but only 1% of it hit the target. |
