What a garbage suit. Because it averages 100,000 ISK cheaper than a fully fitted ADV or PRO and about 50,000 cheaper than a properly fitted STD. Those bonuses are so overrated anyway. If you can dance in a Heavy, know where you cover is, and be aware of your surroundings, the MLT really isn't bad. Not overloaded and slowed with Plates and apparently doesn't show up on a lot of Passive scans.
Not to mention that secret speed bonus on the min heavies.
