The Starkmanir Rebellion
This is a call to arms. For too long my people of the Starkmanir Tribe have been oppressed by the unrelenting torment of Amarr tyranny. Friends and family were drove from their homes and nearly eradicated by their dreaded race, and those that remain have been doomed to a life of slavery. So much destruction to innocent people was caused by the unwaivering orbital bombardment on Starkman Prime, leaving our homeland as nothing more than a barren wasteland.
A small band of us have escaped the Amarr's clutches and we plead for your help in our endeavors. Join the rebellion and fight against your oppressors to free the Starkmanir people, your brothers.
About The Corporation
This is a Minmatar roleplaying corporation with a focus on the Starkmanir Tribe, once thought to have been eliminated entirely but it has been discovered that Small numbers do indeed continue to live. As members of the Starkmanir Tribe we will fight to free our people from tyrannical slavery.
What is Expected Of You
-Activity: it is required that you are active in this corporation. There will be a monthly purge implemented to insure all members continue to actively have interest in being a part of this cause.
-In character: You are only required to be in character for all text based discussions, not voice communication.
-Teamwork: Teamwork is vital to the survival of our people and is 100% required during all corp activities in order to achieve safety for the Starkmanir Tribe.
What We Have To Offer
-Faction Warfare: We actively partake in Faction Warfare in order to help our Minmatar Brethren. Once our numbers grow we will most definitely have an ample amount of Queue Syncing to crush Amarr scum.
-Tax: The corporation tax is 5% to help with the purchase of skillbooks and possibly reimbursements for Faction Warfare matches in the future.
-Organized Squads: Squads will be ran in an orderly fashion with squad based tactics to ensure that we are operating to the best of our ability as a single unit.
Send me a mail in game if you have any questions or just ask in this thread. Join the fight for the independence of the Starkmanir people today! |

I strikes me that you have never either met an Amarrian outside of the combat zone, or that you are simply ignorant of our ways.....regardless of the situation I suppose it is my duty to offer to put to rest these misconstrued notions of the previous era's Reclamation.
Now I suppose to understand the premise of the Reclamation you need to truly understand that the Amarr have been chosen, and are gifted with an Immortal Destiny to unite all of mankind under a single Imperial Creed as men are supposed to be. In order to ensure this is done all peoples must heed the word of God and submit to His rule.
As the people chosen to carry out this Immortal Destiny it is our duty to ensure that the Light of the Faith is spread to all of the corners of the stars so that when the time comes all Faithful may declare themselves True to the Amarr.
Still my friend I cannot perhaps feel you are bitter about events that happened almost 300 years ago. The Amarr are not what they once were, as we follow God's path we develop, we change and we discover more of ourselves and better interpret the Word of God.
Any who were formerly of Matari stock residing within the Empire are now no longer your people, they are ours, they will be Amarr, and they will be the Chosen Children of God.

Your kind nearly eradicated my entire tribe, qnd turned my homeland into nothing more than a barren wasteland. Those that remained you proceeded to enslave, that is unforgivable.
Your "god" commands you to enslave innocent people, my friends, my family, just because they have a different viewpoint than your empire. That is unforgivable.
Your "Immortal Destiny" calls for you to force people into your ways against their will or face being terminated, but yet you call your kind righteous. That my adversary, is unforgivable.
The Starkmanir will never be your people, regardless of what you believe. We will always be of Matari, always.

That is folly. You do not know the Amarr as those who are slaves do, as I do.
They are a magnificent people, truly they are, and while not always the easies to understand.... they represent something I had never known before.
Hope.
A hope that one day all men might truly know one another, that we might stand united before the Dark of the universe, and that we might take our rightful place as rulers of everything beneath the Heavens.
I urge you to try to understand, I once hated them too, hated them because I did not known them, because I was told to hate them, told by my family and teachers. But when I saw them as a people, compelled by duty, possessed of a purpose and dignity that was initially beyond my understanding.....I could not help but feel I too was a part of this purpose.
So it is and shall always be.
God be with you cousin, may you make the right choice. |

But I ask you this, if you left your kind because of an ideology that was forced on you that you believe is false, why do you in turn do the same to others? You are disregarding the beliefs of your opposition in order to smother them with a belief that they often do not share with you. How is this just? This is the same thing that you just told me led to you leaving the Matari, so why do you thrust the same fate upon your former brothers? |

Calm yourself little one..... you speak true and wise words beyond your years.
Leave the Starkmanir to find their way to God as they one day surely will, our concerns lie with protecting what we have inclusive of all soverign space belonging to the Amarr Empire, the Khanid Kingdom, and the Ammatar Mandate.

Read upon the scriptures and you will understand how everything is intertwined with God and how that connection is made through learning the Word and doing His work, for the greater of the Amarr Empire and our divine Empress. No it can't be! This is more unpredictable than Foley Jones!
A Matari that supports the Amarr!
Well then, I guess things do change. I guess Amarr Faction warfare is a success.

After hearing everything you all said, I have come to one conclusion.
New Eden would be better off without religion. What has religion caused so far? Wars, slavery, bitter division between empires, countless lives lost (before the cloning process began) and all for what? A God that may or may not exist.
I respect your choice in religion and beliefs, I just think the rest of New Eden would benefit greatly by now having it forced down every orifice you deem fit.
As for the Starkmanir Rebelling, I thought the Sisters of Eve liberated all your kind from Halturzhan and currently living in the Republic. So if thats true, are you rebelling against the Matari? Your own brothers? I only ask as a 'Rebellion' suggests fighting against those who rule or seek to rule you.
And as I recall, most Starkmanir cannot recall their own heritage. Which is sad and the blame falls on the Amarr for that.

If anything it is a blessing for the Starkmanir, they now stand closer to God than any remaining Matari tribe, poise on the brink of transcendence..... a gift we chose to give them. Within the Empire we educate slaves in the manner of our people, and why should be do anything else.
Education is a gift, to teach them how the Amarr live is another. It breeds perspective. I long await the day those Matari of pure heart and mind, learned of our ways, return to the Empire to live as true sons and daughters of God.

Like I have said to you before, we have differing views of slavery and education.
However, to correct you, as I corrected the Matari trying to start an unnecessary uprising, the Starkmanir currently reside in the Minmatar Republic as the Sisters of EVE liberated them as well as some members of the Nefantar tribe. So even if I was to agree their enslavement was a blessing (which I don't), it no longer is as they are no longer under the control of the Amarr Empire.

That is incorrect. The Starkmanir were not among those liberated. |

((I'm sorry but I need to go OOC. Have you not read up on the lore of Starkmanir? They HAVE been liberated. ALL OF THEM. https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Starkmanir Proof there.))
I'm not sure if you are a true Starkmanir then, for I am very certain they are currently residing in the republic.

You speak as if you are free of wrongdoing. I have been the victim of your brutally and violent culture. The Minmatar told me what I could or could not believe in. They forced me too submit too experimentation and it was the most painful thing I ever experienced. My Minmatar family disowned me for simply reading Amarr scriptures. They payed the price for using me. I do not hate the Minmatar, however, when I hear people shouting out the wrongdoings of others without examining your own crimes. It disgusts me.
