A GalScout will not be beaten in profile dampening or range amplification. In terms of speed, it will only lose by .01 Sprint to a MinScout. In terms of tank, the AmarrScout will only beat the GalScout by 37 HP, but the GalScout would have the added benefit of a 3 hp/s rep.

It is the only one that is completely unscannable when 2 complex damps are applied. Additionally it also achieves the best mix of buffer tank and dampening, and as a side role is a better marathon sprinter than the amarr scout because base speed is better and it still has enough endurance to reach nearly any city point when a complex regulator is installed.
