Molden Heath is (as of April 25, 2014) controlled by the following:

- Nyain San - 27%

- Capital Acquisitions LLC - 5%
- Dem Durrty Boyz - 2%
And inside the constellation, there are only three other corporations not on the aforementioned list that hold an adequate number to be noted as holders in the different solar systems**:

The 6 corporations named in the top are all a part of a very large, very omnipotent alliance called Dirt Nap Squad. They have, just like EoN did several months ago.

CCP should just remove the option to fight for districts all together and replace it with a ****** mobile app where you can click and farm ISK like farmville! Its essentially the same thing right now anyways. |

Its pretty irritating but if I'm honest, i can't see an issue.
In the EVE code, as long as they aren't exploiting or hacking, its legit, and in this case they are simply making a monopoly which is pretty legit.
And as for locking, I'm sure the only people doing that are the newcomers. I haven't been onl for a VERY long while, but thats all I know of it. |

Don't know which timezone you live in, but I'm going to assume you're referring to Nyain San's 1200 Timers.
The answer is 69, yes, 69 of the 240 Districts we own are at 1200 Timers. That is roughly 29%.
The other 71% are on perfectly reasonable timers.

Please, reread, I'm not saying the alliance itself, I'm saying the corps. While they may not of been DNS at the time, many of the corps did lock.
