It's way too easy to kill 3 non-brick-tanked Assault suits, or 3 Scouts with 3 shots from a Militia Sniper Rifle without reloading too.
And it's way too easy to run through 3 players at once when you get behind them with a Militia SMG and they're armour-tanked suits.
It's also way too easy to kill with a short burst from a Militia AR.
All those weapons should take a full clip to kill a player too, right?

Those must be some damn terrible sentinel fits to go down to a militia shotgun in just 2 shots - 2 shots doesn't even do 1000 damage, especially considering the resistances and poor damage profile against armor. 3 shots is more realistic but they'd still have to be utter crap sentinels with awful reaction times to not turn and mow you down in the one and a half seconds 3 shots take to fire.

SCOUTS WITH CLACKS! You can't see where they're shooting you from! They're behind you, but you can't see them. And they stay cloaked FOREVER even while firing because you don't see them standing RIGHT THERE behind you and out of your line of sight. I have time after time stated that heavies are fine and CCP shouldn't consider taking away any of their health (which a LOT of people are calling for), but you can't have it both ways, as it is, I ran up against a Sentinel wielding a shotgun and we started a dance of death, I have 336 eHP, he had 1200. Don't tell me my shotgun is TOO strong, especially since nova knives can do more damage and the range is pretty much the same. People are just sick of seeing the shotgun around.
FYI, the militia ones only have 6 instead of 8 rounds and an additional .5 sec reload. Unless you have a blueprint and are trying to save money, its not worth running it cause it will get you killed, with the bad hit detection I can roll through 7 rounds to kill a heavy easily.

This Heavy is fine with the state of Shotty's DPS. I'd even go so far as to say they need a 50% range increase.

Also, maybe core skills are upgraded? I run in my starter fits and I know some mercs I have killed must have a surprised but angry look on their face when they see its a MLT fit with a MLT assault rifle

If I get my scout/sg close enough to shoot you and shoot you 4 times you should die, when I run up and nail a heavy with 2 shots and then pump 2 more in him while hes turning around spraying bullets, he should be dead. Atm its still a toss up, 50% of the time the heavy still kills me before I get the final 4th or 5th shot in, basically any engagement with a heavy is high risk even when you get the jump on them.
As far as sg's go I can agree partially, nerf the militia and the basic, but buff the adv and the proto.Thats my opinion.

I have no problem with where shotguns are currently. As the scouts are saying, you will kill an unskilled heavy in 2 shots, but an unskilled shotgun user will more than likely miss almost all of their shots giving the heavy a heads up, hey there's some one trying to kill you but is failing miserable so put him out of his misery. Then you got the really good people with shotguns from Fatal Absolution who charge straight at you sprinting faster then your can move to keep your hmg up with it and then dieing in like 1-2 shots with a shotty to the face. Man that guy was good. I know he at least went 20-0 that match.

With my sensitivity at 100 for both ADS and hipfire, I can turn on most scouts and shred them instantly. I'll hear that first shot, turn, and kill the cocky bastard. Also, I'm in an Minmatar Sentinal suit with kincats and extenders...
I had one single scout try to kill me four times. He got me on the 5th try.
