This is with 3 proto damage mods, proficiency 5 and rapid reload 5. I'm pretty sure it would blow up from being unmanned before you were able to blow it up with the swarms. Oh and this is with the tank just sitting there; taking no evasive action what so ever.

Forgot to add nanohive or supply depot needed, since you would've run out of ammo half way through.
And shield regen ticks when they do come in are missing.

It's pretty bad yeah, teamwork, fluxes - or really just give me the ability to lock on my entire clip before sending them all away to the target and one might actually have a slight better chance to destroy stuff.

You max out at 11 not 14 rounds
You're still at least one short with Ammo V.

Alright, well, if you want to get 512 reps and a nitrous you need Blaater Fitting Opt lv5 like I said and that is just not worth it because that is the only fit that requires it. More realistic is 481 reps (if memory serves me) with 1 complex and 2 enh. This fit has very few applications due to being incredibly weak against so many things and only getting a couple of real strengths in return. I prefer minimizing my weaknesses while not sacrifing too many strengths. Obviously I am not going to publicly tell any of my fits.

I'll assume you know more about it than I do. My argument for the thread is that swarms need to be buffed and I believe it holds true even more now.

Yeah, triple reps are pretty stupid. (Which we've known for a while, except a hardener was more useful for surviving AV)
On that note, how long would it take to kill a 2x rep 1x Cx 120 plate tank?
(I promise I'd do the maths myself, only I'm on a smartphone and also ten thousand km from my PS3)

Why do you guys insist so much to not adapting? A proto assault forge gun with maxed skills will kill a repping Maddy with max skills in one clip.
You guys present one set of information and demand buffs/nerfs without looking at the overall picture. It's like saying that my shotgun can't kill beyond 10 meters so it obviously needs buffing. Use it for what it's intended for. Don't use it for something it's not meant to be used for, then cry for buffs/nerfs.
Obviously swarms are not good against triple rep Maddies. So go find something that they are good for. I hear dropship pilots hate swarms.

lol ya dropships absolutely get eaten alive by swarms; with there 45% passive damage reduction to swarms. The thing is swarms can barley blow up anything.

Just had a new idea. Give swarms a DOT effect. If nothing else come out with another AV weapon that does this. Thermite is known to burn through anything.. just a thought.

Why do you guys insist so much to not adapting? A proto assault forge gun with maxed skills will kill a repping Maddy with max skills in one clip.
You guys present one set of information and demand buffs/nerfs without looking at the overall picture. It's like saying that my shotgun can't kill beyond 10 meters so it obviously needs buffing. Use it for what it's intended for. Don't use it for something it's not meant to be used for, then cry for buffs/nerfs.
Obviously swarms are not good against triple rep Maddies. So go find something that they are good for. I hear dropship pilots hate swarms.
You heard wrong.
An adequately modded Dropship with even a somewhat competent pilot can easily either shrug off the damage from anything less than Proto Swarms, or simply outrun them.
That's the problem, Swarms aren't really good for much of anything right now (except MAYBE scaring rookie pilots away, which just isn't worth the time and effort to invest the SP, IMO). |

Yeah, triple reps are pretty stupid. (Which we've known for a while, except a hardener was more useful for surviving AV)
On that note, how long would it take to kill a 2x rep 1x Cx 120 plate tank?
