Alpha Damage
What is Alpha Damage? It is high damage, but typically low ROF. Usually used to negate the advantage of Logis or builds designed to rep quickly.
Examples?
Anti-Infantry
Remote Explosives
Shotguns
Forge Guns
Sniper Rifles
Nova Knives
Breach Weaponry
Charged Scramblers
Anti-Vehicle
Proximity / Remote Explosives
Breach Forge Guns
Railguns
Missiles
Can someone remind me how Triple Rep Maddies are a problem? All you'll ever need is three REs on its back or under it, two or more Forgers syncronising their shots, or if you're feeling very lazy, a Damage modded Rail tank.
Also, just to remind the ignorant, all HAVs have a weak spot located somewhere on their backs that allows 160% Extra Damage.

Yes they will, when planted on the back. So you were mistaken when you wrote "or placed under it". I don't think math agrees with you in any case. Off the top of my head, I think my ADV RE does 750 damage, 3 do 2250, the weak spot gets you 169% but even if you double that, we have 4500 against a tank with over 5000. No, 3 RE's won't take it out. They will allow you to take it out with something else like grenades or swarms.
REs do 1500 damage.
