Not quite.
Having MORE than 2 Complex Precision enhancers on a Cal scout lets you see Even Cloaked Scouts. Sometimes even Profile dampened + cloaked scouts
PLUS, HP is not really a factor while being a good scout.

NO ONE, has equal scanning than a CAL SCOUT. and if he does, he is another CAL SCOUT with little HP.
For your info.I run a 220 Armor 87 shield Proto Gallente and do just fine.
Im on my way to CAldari scout proto, this is my fitting:
3cx Precision enhancer
1 cx Shield ext
1 cx Prof Damp
1cx Range amplifier.
So you people remember when i find you hiding even behind boxes , cloaked ,with my 15db scan precision at 54 mts range.....

EXACTLY.
Right now True Radar focused scouts are SO rare, and A.Scanners are so bad, that my Gk.0 scout with 2 cx Precision Enhancers detects even cloaked scouts (Except Gal scouts, which i will fix with my new cal scout soon :3).
BUT I WANT MORE.
