Mine is when I got a mail while flying a ADS so i flew up to the ceiling to look at it since the match was decided already and nothing much was happening... looked at it was fine ...pressed "O" one too many times to get out of the mail screen and jumped out of my Dropship...I laughed so hard as I saw my ADS crash n burn below me 
I am the ultimate scrub...commence scrubbery....

Hmm, My best bad decision had to be when I accidentally put my fit with proxy mines instead of RE's and I dropped 6 into a null space in Dom. Someone threw a flux or something and set them all off and cleared the room. A pick up squad member went in, hacked it, got uplinks, and we came back from a devastating losing situation. |

Jumping from a dropship onto an enemy point in my scout suit.
I didn't realize how bad of an idea until I saw all the red dots down there.
All eyes turned on me the moment that inertial damp came on (I turned it on as late as possible to avoid notice).
I think I covered about 5m before my body became swiss cheese.
I got my cloak and daggers, I'm a very happy Ghost

When I was first adjusting to cloaks, I kept being thrown off by the combination of the stupid equipment wheel and the fact that the REs and cloak used the same arm tool, and having to press R1 to activate cloak, and L1 to blow REs
I intended to blow an RE as someone was hacking an objective where I had set an RE, I pulled it up, and hit R1 (since that is what I use to press the arm band with the cloak).
This resulted in an RE being thrown. I wanted to catch the guy hacking the objective, so I immediately hit L1. With the RE I had just thrown right in front of me.
I may have smacked myself shortly afterwards.

Doing some downhill LAVing. I go on top of steepest hill I can find, call in a LAV, load it with REs and a fuel injector, and drive down the down the hill as fast as I can.
I usually hit a invisible rock sending my LAV cartwheeling down the hill. Or I sometimes get a tank that way lol.

Mk0 scout with proto plasma, av nades and REs.
I go near an hav, I put my RE on him, he Ran away. Not noticing that one of the RE wasnt on the tank but it was in front of me I press L1. Wtfhappened??
Do the same thing Again... Now I know I d check before pressing L1

Turning the corner even though i know someones there, im thinking " Ha this guy doesn't even know", turns out to be one of those 1200 armor heavies, and my little 200 ehp scout goes poof |

We hacked the whole city, and i was deemed by the blueberries sole propietor of A.
After about 5 minutes of NOTHING, i left the city in my 198/87 HP minscout, with 4 melee mods on(LP proto)
Immediately upon leaving through the broken wall, a scout Rail Rifles me and hacks the point, shortly thereafter holding the entire city in the confusion, and they win the match.
When they took the city, enemy MCC was 1/2 armor, our MCC had 1/4 shield.

This was back in 1.6. We were basically redlined so a squadmate was in his Charybdys while I was in my missile Falchion on a hill in our redline. There was a full squad of AV trying to pop me but to no avail as I picked them off one by one with my missiles and they kept spawning in. Finally at the end they dropped an OB on us. We both lived, but I ended up driving overage down the hill where they could unleash everything at me, especially that my friend was on the other side of the hill now. Needless to say, I got popped just before the end of the match.
I thought it was a good idea to drive forward because the OB was behind me, but I ended up straight into their clutches on the ground.

Spotted lone enemy in Ambush...was like "this will be easy". Entire enemy team spawns around the corner! 
1.8 --- Still getting spawntrapped by boxes.
1.8 --- Smart deployment = letting a 2 year old handle spawns.

Decided to bring out a rail HAV against the blaster HAV that's been going around for the entire match.
As soon as I got to the middle of the map, I was surrounded by about 4 HAVs that the enemy team managed to pull out of their asses

Deciding its a good idea to go off all on my lonesome during an ambush and shell two thirds of the enemy team comprised mostly of protobears with a STD PLC.
At first it was "oh look I got one."
Then "That's a lot of Dovulles being pointed at me" ;_;

Its the pipeline domination map.
The enemy team has the map side advantage. I call in my Incubus.
I fly on to the high tower that overlooks the position in the adjacent building complex.
I park my dropship and thow out an uplink and a hive.
My plan from here is to hop back in my ADS and clear the pipes above the point of uplinks and enemies.
I'm watching the pipes for a second to see about how many uplinks and enemies are in the initial drop off.
As I'm scoping out the situation I hear my engines engage on my Incubus. A blue just jacked my ship. I jump in my Incubus as a passenger and go on Mr.Toads wild ride in my half million flying tank. This blue dot has obviously never piloted a dropship. I'm sitting prisoner in my own dropship, I feel like an idiot. I'm in the backseat cursing humanity for producing thieving pieces of **** like this scum lord. I can't believe I threw down that uplink. (You always throw those last). I bail as he's bashing the dropship into the spire at the point. Luckily I land right in the middle of a red dot conference on the finer points of kicking in my teeth.
I see the guys name in my Incubus as it's fireballing it's way to the ground below.
I spawn in on the tower. Guess who else does? He has a forge gun and is going to use my link, and my hive after stealing my ship. **** THIS GUY!
I jump off the tower in full on rage mode (I'm not proud of it) and call in my Incubus. I'm going to fly up there and scrap him off the tower. I'll be damned. I'm so pissed that I hit my boosters immediately and run right into the RDV that dropped it off. Explode.
I have a good laugh afterwards. I don't always rage, but when I do it's full on stupid rage.
We can pickle that.
