The forums have been quiet and we have heard nothing form the DEVS for about a week, get your tinfoil Hats its a conspiracy!
1. CCP HQ was invaded by nano-machines and they were all destroyed
2. Reykjavik was invaded by aliens interpreting EVE online trailers as propaganda for the homo sapien war machine against the universe
3. someone spilled coffee on a big complicated control panel and short circuited iceland
4. Justin bieber went on a tour of Reykjavik and they are hiding out in middle of nowhere waiting for him to leave
5. Some devs where messing about with the next expansion for EVE/Dust and created a sentient life form in the super server named Phillip which is now using them as "monkey slaves" to do his bidding

Or, which I believe, there has been massive fallout from the WoD demise and CCP is in damage control over reorganization of resources before they lose another game. After all, DUST did contribute to WoD's demise. Hubris again CCP.

The hampsters finally got fed up and took control. All the devs are now running round in large wheels, keeping the servers running. Hampster HQ is waiting for everyone to fly in for FanFest, where they will be captured and turned into a zombie army to launch the final war against the evil gerbil empire.
