Only if the Dragonfly has the Gal Scout bonus. I'm not sure of that part as I don't have that BPO on my main. I can get my profile down to 8db which is unscannable by anyone.

1 comp and 1 adv damp on a gal scout defeats a cal scout with 4 complex precision
and thats before ever activating cloak

I believe it geos both ways
double damped cal scout cannot seen by a double precision gal scout
double damped gal scout cannot be seen by a precision quad stacked cal scout
