Well ive been thinking on these scouts rocking light weapons this game is roll specific am i correct how bout if a scout wants to run an assaults weapon in an assault fashion they also gain the assaults hitbox.

This game is NOT role specific. In fact quite the contrary. This game doesn't HAVE roles. It has building blocks and you have ideas. You figure out how to get where you want to go with the tools afforded to you. That's the entire beauty of it. Nothing is law, everything is permitted.

Holy crap. All this time trying to gain weight cus I dangerously only weigh like 100lbs when all I had to do is walk around with an AK? And police wouldn't be able to stop me cus I have a freakin medical condition?

I recently got into Amarr scout and have been running it as a logistic. Makes a fun first impression when you're repairing a sentinel while jumping around like a Jack Russel Terrier. Yeah, still just as squishy as a logistic but have to hit me first. I've also seen sentinels running around as snipers (thought it was just in videos? Hah!) and scouts running AV. This isn't Call of Warfare, never will be. |

Tell that to logi's who now only get a bonus to one piece of equipment. That right there is a defined role.

Considering you run faster with a side arm weapons do have mass altering effects.

Logis get bonuses to EVERY piece of equipment - fittings bonuses. They get an extra bonus to enhance a specific set of equipment.

Assaults are underpowered and need a slight buff to bring them into line with other suits.
Add some PG/CPU and an extra slot or two per suit, and Assaults will more easily out-tank even brick-tanked Scouts. This means that Scouts will only beat an Assault at range if the Scout takes advantage of what a Scout does best - flanking and surprise attacks. |
