I've suggested an Idea similar to this MAV It is a little different though. I have an LAV suggestion that goes with this post. You no longer need Lav turrets but You may want an extra person with you so add a bench seat and a 3rd person view to passenger seats.

Honestly, I feel to some degree that HAVs should be disallowed from the solo tanker model currently in use. HAVs should be three-person team vehicles, and MAVs should be the solo vehicle assault that people use HAVs for now.
However, all of that requires that CCP actually gets their act together and releases MAVs.
I don't think drivers should get to shoot with basic tanks. There should be an assault tank for drivers to shoot with. Just like with a dropship.

Yeah, tanks should be team-required vehicles that AV can one-shot from 6000 miles away. oh, you spent all your SP in tanks? better hope your entire crew is on at the same time, or else you're totally useless.
Well I like dropships better and there is no points to be made with them. There should be vehicle equality. And since when after 1.7 could AV do anythng.
