I don't like using the term "overpowered" in general, but...
If I can use a fit or vehicle that I've got no significant experience with, and no real SP investment in, and then do better in matches than I do in the fit I've spent the last year and 10 million SP in, then I'd be tempted to call it OP.
Whether people use it to kill me is irrelevant.

To be honest, the only real thing I think is OP is that massive slowdown effect on the HMG. I've learned to work around the rest, including vehicles.
The instant weapon swap cloaking bug should be fixed also.
Always the last person to leave. Always the one cleaning up people's messes.
