Iron Wolf Saber has actually made a thread about his ideas for 2.0, he includes a very well concept of NPE.

I think CCP opened their eyes when Aika (a new player that I trained and joined our corp) made a thread about how horrible the NPE is and how the players teach the noobies and not the game itself.

I think I've heard of this thread, the one that is like a diary of the first 2 weeks? I have not read it as I just came back after 2 months away... lets hope you're right and ccp has seen the light. btw if you could link that thread I'd love to read it.
