So...
Cloaks aren't really that good, since anyone looking at the screen with their eyes can see them. They should be removed from the game until we get them to where they do what is advertised.

Well, they obviously saw you, but they really didn't feel like fighting right then. Because cloaks don't hide you. We've covered this.

Anyone that uses it just to go sit in a corner somewhere and wait until a red comes by to hack is dumb. The main things I use it for crossing wide open areas and avoiding vehicles.
It is always fun though to be running along while cloaked and see another cloaked scout around you on your screen. If the other guy sees you it becomes a thing of who can get in better position first and fire quicker. Always kind of a rush. Why even fit one, everyone can see you anyway right? you are just wasting a slot.
Cloak threads before cloaking:
"Oh, my deity! We're going to be silent, INVISIBLE assassins that can strike with no warning whatsoever! Mwa HAHAHAHAAA!
Cloak threads after cloaking:
"Aw, heck, you know you can see me. Quit telling me you can't!"

I particularly enjoyed the comment that "even snipers can see the cloaks!"
If i had all day to stare at the open parts of the map like a diamond broker, I'd see cloaks too. However, I'm to busy trying to actually get work done to gaze fixedly looking for blue blurs and ripples.
