If you wish to do away with all rules then by all means lets have no timers to attack as the person before you suggested. But when players know two days beforehand that all their best players need to be online for a battle, then only a select few players get to participate in a game mode ment for everyone. I don't want to keep good players out of PC. I just think that it shouldn't be exclusive to less than 100 players. The 'rules" I put up would not stop anyone from being a merc either. As long as you are fighting as a ringer and own no districts in your corp there would be no extra penalty. The only thing that this would accomplish would be to give more people the oppertunity to participate in PC.

A single corp could hold over 30 districts without having penalty on a single one of them if placed in the right area. That is about 15 battles a day. This would in no way limit the ammount of PC a player could participate in. So please, say again why this is a bad idea?

In the best corps you can only field that 1 team at 1 battle...so if they have 5 timers in an hour how will they defend with those same 16 as you suggest?

I can tell you between 50-60 of my people in FA play PC on a weekly basis. Las week was a bit down at 45. I have a spreadsheet for the purpose of tracking.

And ERA/TP play another 50-60.

AE has another 50-60 i'm sure.

That's just 4 corps and doesn't include RND/DDB who played and lost tonight. Dia Valk who have recently lost to WTF, and Cap Aq/G0M who also have their own respective teams. Not to mention NS.

You're talking about 3 of the top 5 corps in the game for weekly activity in every category.
