This attitude is the problem. The players that are pushing this forward are more concerned with their inflated egos than anything else, yet they have the gall to frame it as a philanthropic campaign. It isn't, CCP has a roadmap, they don't need a bunch of detours because a few abusive backseat drivers are tearing up the car until they get their way. How about we continue with that analogy? We're in Nashville and we need to stop in Atlanta on our way to Miami, but these guys want to go to Orlando NOW, so now CCP has to make a huge detour to run through Orlando before the the guys in the backseat tear the car up any worse, then they have to head all the way back to Atlanta again. Regardless of what happens, it's a long trip, so that car is going to be screwed up by the time they get there, no matter what. For the non-Americans/geographically challanged: the trip in question (all the cities I mentioned are clearly labeled)

I don't care whether I am known in the future of Dust, I just want that future to be a reality. In that future, I will not need to live on in memory, because I am working for a Dust that I will be a presence in actuality. What good is it to be remembered if the medium for your success is only a memory as well?
