I've been wanting to do these things for a while, where I put a topic up for debate every week and then tally up the votes to see where the community's opinion lies on the matter. When I found an interesting discussion in another thread, I figured now's as good a time as any.
You may also vote on which topic should be debated next week. However, please choose a topic that hasn't reached a general consensus yet, as I'd like these things to hold an actual debate as opposed to a like farm. It should also go without saying that I will be neutral on these debates.

If I wanted to farm likes, I'd set the votes up to where you'd like a post to vote yes or no. 
Anyways, I said I'm staying neutral on this, and I'm holding to that. If you want to state why an ISK reset would be needed, then you'll have to do so yourself.

There is. Need I remind you of that fiasco that caused a crap ton of people's wallets to go negative?
Everything you gain and/or lose is tracked, be it items or currency (ISK/AUR/LP), and even SP obtained from boosters.

I'm not going to get involved with the debate, but you may need to do some serious fact-checking.
Arkena already had an extreme amount of wealth back when he was in Turlyon 514, which was a Gallente FW corp; and he didn't participate i PC at that time.
Also, FA (afaik) only offers a 2m ISK weekly paycheck. Running Ambush in BPOs or STD fits could net you that in only an hour.
