Skilling into AV is necessary for killing tanks.
You complain because you wish not to skill into AV, and would rather AV be buffed to 1.6 levels when a Militia Forge could drop a 900k ISK tabk/ads.
No thanks?
Edit: it's much like the scout hunter's dilemma. You wish for scouts to have a counter, you don't wish to skill into said counter, you die to thing you wish to not exist.
Either Skill AV or stop complaining that you're dying to tanks.

Fun Fact: The Maximum amount of extra damage you can achieve with a Minmatar Commando running Damage Modifiers is 19.56%, while you could get an extra 26.38% damage in 1.7 from Damage Modifiers alone. Your actually dealing less damage than you did before the update. Please refrain from calling it a buff when it's actually a nerf. PS, The thing that allows Swarm Missiles to stop shield regen is the fact that they nerfed Shield Hardeners down to 40%. I guess that's it, although even Passive tanked maddies were impossible to kill 1.7, now they're actually possible to drop (albeit they're idiots if they sit through 5 clips)
Edit: also 1.7 it was impossible to attain 25% reload along with the 19.%% amount, which was a great problem with DPS.
Now we trade 7% damage per missile for 25% reload, along with the capability to combat infantry/dual wield Swarmies.
