From what i've understood the key ingredient in Quafe is a psychoactive substance. So they're basically drug dealers, and i'd expect any inter-planetary drug dealing corporation to keep and maintain a standing military.
Less like Coca Cola going to war with Pablo Escobar, more like Coca Cola being run by Pablo Escobar.
Switzerland is small and neutral. We're more like Germany. Ambitious and misunderstood.

Mostly because Quafe was the only Gallente group that the Amarr liked and had a vested interest in the Amarr not going to all out war with the Gallente. Quafe is the best ambassador around.

All Gallente dropsuits come with Quafe injectors built in.
Apparently it works way better than nanite injectors, for some reason.
My intentions is to have a fun game for everyone.
If I seem to be biased, I have good hard data to back it up.
