I have proficiency level 4 and ammo capacity level 4 invested in this thing and we didn't get a weapons respec so plzz ccp buff it fast. It should take one round to kill someone not two proto rounds. I think the word you are looking for is clip, or magazine. One round is in reference to 1 shot. Most of us get what you're trying to say though. No. First of all: No crying about respecs because your shiny toy is suddenly not as strong as another toy. Second: No buffing so you can kill faster. ScP should be nerfed. It seems to me it's designed as a finisher or skill-shot weapon with a special purpose. If you want to tear someone down in one clip with a sidearm go for one of the two fabulous SMGs.

The Flaylock Pistol requires more skill than the Scrambler Pistol ever has (and will), as the Flaylock Pistol is not hitscan and requires you to time your shots properly. As opposed to the Scrambler Pistol which only requires you to point at the target and press the R1 button and your guaranteed to hit. Along with the Scrambler Pistol's ability to utilize Aim Assist. Standard Scrambler pistol has a higher DPS to armor than the proto bolt does Scramblers better as a finisher

I think the ion pistol is three clips if you discount the charged shot. The charged shot is a 1 clip death For the Federation!
