Don't play. Sit in the redline and snipe in a militia suit. I used to think that fighting better players made you a better player. There is no learning involved with spamming cheap vehicles, invisible suits, or purposefully causing lag. Enough people do it and the whatever it takes to win types will move on to some other game.
The whole idea of winning by causing the others players to not have fun is the most negative player driven aspect of any CCP game. It should be culled while the playerbase is small.
CCP Logibro is awesome.

Sitting in the redline doesn't make you a better player. There is an opportunity to learn in every loss. It's a shame that others push on to fight and you sit at the redline letting your teammates die in vain.
And how can you cull the desire to win? Have you ever considered when you win, someone has the same wrong idea about you?
Stand up and fight!!!!

No it really does make you a better player if you go by how this f-ed up community works. You get a high K/D ratio, you cause way more isk damage than you receive, and you end up beating these FotM a-holes at their own game.

The forging of a sword involves it being heated, beaten, cooled; rinse and repeat. This is similar to how you must build your mercenary skills. If you cannot accept this fact, you will be no good. A K/D ratio means nothing to many here on New Eden. What's the point of having a high K/D that you obtained while sitting at the redline and you can't kill anything sitting outside of it?
Change your perspective. Go hard or go home! Persevere to become better...it is possible.

rubber band on the control stick in the MCC. It's so much fun, and you can multitask as well.
Best PVE idea I've seen.

Lets be honest, this game needs something big in the next few months for it to prosper. Every week the player count fluctuates. A new patch comes out and like 1000+ people return only to be disappointed. Even when people are pleased with some of the changes CCP has made, CCP goes and fucks it up by introducing or reintroducing tons of new bugs.
This game has / had the scope and the vision to be an absolutely awesome FPS game. How much of that vision was just pie in the sky bollocks? Can CCP turn things around?
I will watch and wait, but during that time other games are a lot more fun and a lot more bug free. |

A bit of the old MCC party on Oceanic servers. Makes me laugh when you get nearly an entire team of AFKers in the MCC over there. What does THAT say to you about your game CCP? I know what it suggests to me. |

Fight on used to be my motto. Even when the heavies took an entire team to kill, and the swarm launchers were the anti personnel weapon of choice, when vehicles were never able to travel for the fields of persistant aV grenades. Then came AR, The TAC AR, The Laser rifles, the mass driver, the flaylock, the contact grenades, the rail rifles and the cr. Adapt and persevere became the cry. Then came the cheap invincible tankers -they cant fly anymore, but they remain. Ignore them and cap damn you! was my response. Then the ADS came from the skies and our ability to aV was removed. CCP will fix it I said. Now come the invisible suits. Entire teams of invisible suits. This is becoming bullspit. Now, I protest.
CCP Logibro is awesome.
