This won't solve anything. If CCP opens more land, you'll still try to control all of it, even if it means getting into bed with enemies. Don't try to hide it with pseudorighteousness.
ERA is charged with defending PFC, so all that money PFC holders paid in will be put to use.
I love a good war. I'll fight for my Alliance. PFC needs a little shaking up.

Who said anything about the CPM tag? It's about reputation. Also, I've seen Heinrich and IWS on last week. Just because you don't see them doesn't mean they don't play. Kain runs an a credible Escrow Service, while Ancient Exiles used exploits in a tourney, and has a CEO who screwed over his friend irl (don't quote me on that part, 8213's info needs fact-checking) and robbed Hellstorm's wallet blind. Didn't Kujo also say that he refused to attack PFC, yet AE's alt corp continued to attack it anyways? I don't trust any of them, but AE's reputation isn't that great compared to Kain's. That, or I need to do some serious fact checking.
The Kujo robbing Hellstorm Inc to form AE, is always a good story. But, honestly I take Kujo's side in the ordeal. However, Kujo play's the New Eden Universe well. He lies, cheats, and steals to further his corp. Sad thing is, he doesn't have too. His guys are good, heck he's good (probably the best CEO in the game). As far as him screwing over his irl friend, it's not really a screwjob from Kujo's side. He did what he thought was right at the time. But it shows how deep this game can go when you can't work something out with an actual friend.
This has always been a problem with the New Eden formula. People are messing with real life money, emotions, and relationships when they decide to be the villain.
AE might be more "evil" than Spero, but they have also demonstrated good ideas and practices as well. It's never so black and white.
I will say though, if a CPM talks about 'community' driven things in the game, he is speaking as a CPM, not an in-game character. To go back on anything he says in that regard is an abuse of the CPM position to further his/her own gain.
It would be like Jim Carry talking about helping the game, and "Ace Ventura" going back on it...
