 Ok, so...I don't know where to begin. CCP has to establish a foundation for this game. All of their updates are crazy. Instead of working around their foundation, they rebuild everything from the ground up just to make new material fit. In this build, they finally added racial bonuses, which is great, however they completely gutted the game and the skill tree to make this possible. That was un-neccessary. Here's an example: You skill into a Gallente Logi. Proto. You skill into all proto equipment. This is a big investment for SP. Instead of keeping the foundation, which in this case we are concentrating on your equipment, the same and making each logi racial bonus OP towards a certain piece of equipment, they nerf all equipment, and give you the choice to pick which piece of equipment your going to make use of. Everything else is now garbage and now all of your investments from previous builds are of no use to you, except that one. This build has stripped the veterans of multiple roles, as it takes more SP to skill into more dropsuit, alot more than what we were given back. You get 2 mil SP back for the update, but in order for you to fulfill all of your previous roles, you now have to skill into 5x as many dropsuits. The play-style has become more...1 dimensional now. You have to skill into a scout with cloak or be swallowed alive by the swarms of players exploiting the flavor of the month. All dropsuits are under-powered, as they cannot fulfill all of their previous roles. Now i know what your thinking,"This guy is just p*ssed off, because his logi suit got nerfed", and the answer is yes, but the problem goes so much further than that. CCP needs standards. They need to create something and build on that principle. People don't quit Dust, because their suit gets nerfed, they quit because every update, the entire game changes. This game is like a individual going through adolesence, it hasn't found it's self yet, it doesn't know who it wants to be. It's all over the place. There is no doubt in my mind that this build was created to appeal to the newer players of Dust. The new out-lay restricts veterans from use of multiple roles and compliments newer players, by providing them with EZ-mode, such as cloaking devices and militia tanks. This game is in a horrible state. Some may call it a learning curve. 1 thing is certain though, if this game continues to major changes, as if it were still in beta, more and more players will go else-where. So much SP wasted and so much salvage un-touched for years. Just sitting there, no purpose. You gotta ask yourself...is Dust worth a gamers time?

I have never used scanners.
I did think that sidearms were reworked excessively. I feel like the scrambler pistol I skilled into before was more like the Ion pistol than the scrambler pistol now. That's kind of annoying.
I don't think cloaks are so bad, I do think tanks are bad. They should be more expensive.
The point of my thread wasn't to complain about things being OP or UP. I'm just tired of the format/evironment completely changing everytime. They mess with everything, when they don't have to.

They have no foundation. They have touched everything in this game. They haven't created one thing and said,"This stays the same no matter what." Buff, Nerf, Buff, Nerf, Buff. If you had more than 1 proto dropsuit before 1.8, you would understand. It's a game changer and if you played in PC you'd know that. No one is going to spawn on a 9 sec uplink in PC. If you have uplinks you have to go amarr logi. Do you not see anything wrong with that?
