I'm a Caldari scout, and i run precision mods.
If someone is cloaked, but there in my precision, i can see there reticle above there head, and i can see them on the radar.
Precision is the true cloak counter.
If you run cloak and shotgun, you're a scrub
Don't brick tank that scout, come on, get good.

Precision is the true cloak counter. Double Precision Enhancers on a Caldari Scout. Watching all the cloakers run around with chevrons over their heads is great.
