CPMs are cocommunty represtivties if the communty throw a **** fit and demand his removal i cant see ccp saying no otherwise it ruins the whole point, now im not calling for rule by mob, so for ccp to act i would say the communty as WHOLE we have to demand his removal.

Kains proven over and over again he will break agreements for profit so i dont blame the communty for having enough.

But i would also construtivly send tickets like logibro has requsted people need to show its common held view rather than a few loud players stamping their feet

A political office, entails also responsibility.

According to his own words, Kain Spero, with his corporation Escrow Removal, promised to uphold the rules of the PFC, Oddeluf, and if necessary, ensure the observance of those rules by the corporations owning the districts in Oddeluf, and anyone attacking them.


Kain Spero, member of the CPM and "defender" of the PFC rules, has threatened some corporations with losing their districts in Oddeluf if they did not stop their attacks on Nyan San. It has to be said that those corporations were using Clone Packs for those attacks,, not clones from their PFC districts, so they were complying with all PFC regulations. Even more, those corporations have actually been paying Escrow Removal for it to defend the PFC rules and the corps based there.


Another example. According to PFC rules, Oddeluf is a planet reserved for the training of corps that are not yet competitive enough and that don't own some districts already in Molden Heath outside Oddeluf.

That was the reason given for the removal of What the French training corp from Oddeluf by Spero's corp.

Kain Spero, with his corp Escrow Removal,, stands as the only judge in PFC. That has a name, and it's called prevarication:

PREVARICATION (meaning)

It is a felony committed when an authority, judge, or other kind of public office makes a decision on a judiciary or administrative issue, knowing beforehand that said decision is unjust.

You use your CPM position to be you, Kain Spero, the one that makes sure that PFC regulations are followed using your corporation, Escrow Removal. You use that position to rent and sell districts at your leisure, and influence other corporations through compensations and rewards to attack those that don't follow your "suggestions".

That also has a name and is called influence peddling.

Regarding RND having a district, they currently have a district on PFC as they were hired to remove Men In Black OPS from their district for the reasons of self locking which is against PFC rules and for sending 400 clones against other districts also against PFC rules even if you did fail.

RND are not staying on PFC and will be passing the district on as soon as the details are sorted out. I am guessing this is MIBO getting their collective jimmies rustled for losing their farming land on PFC

We broke the rules and so we did not complain.

Do you not see the irony in this? we broke the rules but thats ok, someone else broke the rules "grab your pitchforks and torches!" This is quite funny because 1 they haven't actually broke the rules, and 2 you try and make it sound like you only broke the rules because Kain did when this happened after a long time of MIBO breaking the rules.

Regardless of anything else going on reporting someone breaking rules whilst acknowledging that you break rules as well makes your entire argument seem invalid. Its like one glitcher reporting another glitcher who beat them you can guarantee if the first one got away with it he would not have said a word against the second glitcher.
