You need dual damps and cloak to block triple precision enhancers, I believe. You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

If the Cal Scout is using two complex, then you'll need two dampeners if you're uncloaked, or one dampener + cloak, but you'd still get scanned when uncloaked.

I picked up all the scouts today. with one complex precision enhancer.

Unfortunately he didn't see me coming.
