Would love all y'all's opinion...I specked into cal scout and I'm not doing so good so what IYO is the best 10-12K scout suit. I dunno if speed is better or what but if prefer if it had cloak

Gallente is best as a cheap suit, since the militia E-WAR modules will go a long way if you have your passive skills trained up for them. My "cheap" Gal Scout suit uses two militia shield extenders, one militia profile dampener, one militia range amplifier, BPO Shotgun/SMG, flux grenade, ADV cloak and REs. If you don't have BPOs it'll run just over 9k. |

That seems a lil more than 10K
I just want a an all together 10K Caldari scout with basic cloak

Oh sorry I didn't include the cost of the suit since mine is also BPO, duh. It would be 12k counting the suit cost.
If you use militia everything you could probably build a suit under 10k, but it won't be very good.

If you dump the cloak, all of my pre 1.8 fits were between 7.1 and 10K. It's actually quite expensive and really limits your fitting options.

yeah, 1.8 is much more expensive than 1.7 if you're a scout. Hopefully you've saved a lot of isk cause I have a feeling it's going to be an uphill battle for Cal Scouts.
Anways, here's my fitting (it's just over 14,000) but I'm doing pretty well with it.
Cal Scout C-1
Rail Rifle
Complex shield extender x2
militia precision enhancer
militia profile dampner
militia nano injector
militia repair gun
I run it as a lite-logi since right now going full scout is hurting me isk-wise.
Thale groupie (not the gun, but the man).
