This ^ . Trying to fit the cloak on a Mini Adv Scout reverts it to a basic/standard scout but with harry potter abilities... BS.

I really regret skilling up to level 3 cloaks, I can't even comfortably fit the basic one on an advance Mini Scout as it reverts it to a lower level -
Basic Scout + cloak = don't even spawn.
Advanced Scout + cloak = Basic Scout ... ergo... don't even spawn.
Proto Scout + cloak = Advanced Scout with gay christmas tree dropsuit effects...
And I have all my core skills up to 5, including electronics and engineering, I had to put a PG generator (or whatever the hell it's called) to even get the suit half good... :(

Almost the same as my advanced setup but the enhanced shield extender just feels like such a waste and for like 1pg more i could fit a complex shield extender but have everything maxed... :(

I'm not at home right now but it's something like 61 or mabye 63.
EDIT - Sorry I'm not sure if that's correct thinking about it now, maybe that's with the PG extender (or whatever it's called!) I do have everything up to 5 on core skills but it still wasn't enough, i'll take a look on protofits to see exactly what it is.
