On a more serious note, the SCR is the hardest hit of the rifles due to the proficiency changes.
Armour is going to be exceedingly common and dual tanking will be very prevalent, so you're almost guaranteed to come up against several strong armour tanks a match, especially with the new heavies arriving.
So we have:
-10% from the direct damage nerf
-15% from the proficiency changes - this is a lot more important on the SCR than the other rifles, as it's laser based.
-5-15% from the damage mod changes
So against armour, you could be looking at 40% less damage. That's disastrous for a weapon that's already very weak against armour, even more so when you consider that the SCR is far worse at sustained damage than any other rifle.

I suspect some marginal thought was given to it, as it had the lowest damage nerf. But those differences are a few %. I predict the RR/CR will still be king of the rifle class come 1.8.

Personally, I'm of the opinion that it's fine atm without the Amarr assault, but with the Amarr assault it quickly becomes godmode.
