Go Amarr Assault if you plan to use either. I personally prefer ScR, since you get a CQC assault version and a ranged tactical version from the same skill, while the Laser kinda locks you into a fairly narrow engagement range. This may change with the upcoming laser buffs, but I'd hold off for now and see when the patch drops.

You are scum of the earth if you plan to use either of these on the Sentinel. On a Commando, it just isn't worth it since the 10% Damage bonus is not as useful as 25% more damage before overheat. You can do more damage, but you can't shoot as much. If you aren't using it on Amarr Commando or Amarr Assault, you're insane.

Wait, I can't use them on my proto sentinel?
You sick bastard. Please never use photobucket again, we have Imgur now, which doesn't have an insane amount of ads and loads relatively fast. This isn't 2004.
